  • Description

TASP is a two year teach and study Internship program which combines teaching English as a foreign language in Israeli public schools with workshops, seminars and an MA program in TEFL: Teaching English as a Foreign Language. The MA is an interdisciplinary program offered by Bar Ilan University and all coursework is given in English.

  • Highlights

The Interns live and work 'as Israelis' and are provided with Hebrew language classes, lectures and opportunities to travel. Tel Aviv offers many cultural attractions and the beautiful coastline of the Mediterranean.

You, as a TASP Intern, will be able to take advantage of many varied social, cultural and educational activities in Israel during your two year stay. You will also study Hebrew and have workshops in Teaching English in Israeli schools. You as a TASP Intern will be studying for your MA at Bar Ilian University in Israel's largest School of Education. Your program will be interdisciplinary with faculty from both the School of Education and the Linguistics Department in The School of English. Your program will be delivered entirely in English. You will enjoy all the rights and priveleges of regular Bar Ilan University graduate students on campus.
