Description

Summer Discovery at Shanghai is a 3 or 4-week all-inclusive summer study abroad program for high school students featuring courses in Language Immersion, Chinese Business, Chinese Martial Arts, and Community Service. Customized Business Internships are also available for students with prior Mandarin experience. Spend 3 weeks living and learning in cosmopolitan Shanghai and an optional 1 week exploring the ancient city of Beijing.

Highlights

Come and learn about this important rising power by spending four weeks in two of China's most exciting and bustling cities, Shanghai and Beijing. We will visit the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace, scale the Pearl Tower and stroll down the historical area known as "the Bund." In addition to numerous cultural excursions and delicious Chinese meals, students choose from a variety of language, business, leadership and community service classes that meet daily, Monday through Friday. For students with prior Mandarin experience, Business Internships are also available.
