Study Abroad Poland/ Polonicum (Aug 08 - June 09)

Who knew that a random web search would lead to the experience of a life time? I spent 10 of the most amazing months living in Poland. I stayed with a Polish family, took classes at the university, traveled all over and learned my first foreign language. Study Abroad Poland also did a lot in way of allowing me to take classes and receive credit for them at my home university in the States. I would encourage everyone to step out and let the world teach them something new and amazing!

One Semester in Warsaw - Collegium Civitas (Feb - June 2008)

My time in Poland was simply amazing. Its difficult to put into words all of the wonderful experiences I had from being taught by some of the brightest and experienced lecturers in Poland to the wonderful people from all over the world that I had the opportunity to meet with and become lifelong friends. There is no other place in the world that could have given me such a unique experience. From the halls of academia to the city streets of Warsaw, every moment spent in Poland was a moment worth cherishing and has undeniably enriched my life. Studying in Poland has opened doors of knowledge and opportunity which will follow me into the future something for which I will be ever grateful.

Semester abroad in Warsaw (03/2008)

My semester in Warsaw was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Not only was it educational, but it was also fun. I met many people from different parts of the world. Europe is a great place because of all the history it has. If I could do it all over again I would. In fact, I am. I am staying in Poland to finish my education. :) My semester in Warsaw was amazing.

-week Intensive Polish Lang. and Culture (Nicolas Copernicus University) (July 2008)

My summer in Poland was a very rewarding experience. I was able to embrace the Polish culture at its fullest and was enrolled in intensive languages classes which promptly grew my knowledge of the Polish language. The program enables you to meet new friends from various areas of the world and learn their cultural aspects as well as hearing different languages. This is a very rewarding program and so much is to gain from this experience.
