SACI offers fully-accredited Year/Semester Abroad, Post Baccalaureate Certificate, Masters of Fine Arts and Late Spring/Summer Studies programs at the United States university level.
SACI offers courses in 40 different Studio and Academic disciplines that include: Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Fresco, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography, Video, Digital Multimedia, Jewelry, Batik, Weaving, Artisan Apprenticeship, History of Photography, History of Italian Cinema, History of Italian Theater, Acting, Art & Medicine, Creative Writing, Art and Literature, Italian Women Writers, Illustration, Design, Art History, Art Conservation and Italian Language. SACI's programs are located in two historic landmark buildings in the heart of Florence which each include an art gallery, traditional Italian garden, library, fully-equipped classrooms, and studios.
SACI offers a full range of accredited Studio and Academic classes particularly designed to tie in with a student's study abroad experience. An essential part of the teaching philosophy is the extensive contact with contemporary artists and studios as well as field trips to many historic sites.
