Qualifications

* Age: 18 or above.
* Language: Must be able to speak fluent English. Chinese language ability is not necessary.
* Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design major
* Skills in model-making, hand-drawing, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-design skills.
* Nationality: Open to people from all over the world, with no distinctions in culture, race, gender or religion. Must be respectful of the Chinese culture, people, religions and politics.
* No criminal records
