Volunteer in rural Villages with NGOs and help the NGO staff with basic skills such as microsoft word, excel, english or it skills. You can contribute with basic skills to staff and organizational development. The Organization usually has 2 - 10 staff members. The majorety of the staff speaks very basic english.

Here you can make a huge difference with skills which you see as normal and may have learned in High School.

The volunteer will be supported in finding a good and reasonable accommodation in a local office, Guest House or with a host family.

Responsibilities of the VAC program are:

* 2 day Orientation
* living in a Guest House, Host Family or the office of the rural NGO.
* Pick up at the airport
* transportation to the rural area (we stay overnight)
* Welcome dinner
* Organization of the transfer to the NGO
* a presentation about the volunteer program Introduction to the partner organization
