  • Description

Brazil stands as spectacular and unique country, with much space for a lending hand.

We cooperate with social organizations, institutions and foundations in Salvador da Bahia. Some of our Brazil volunteer sites are located at/with: orphanages, safe-houses for street children, human rights projects, women's rights, ecological and environmental protection and conservation, wildlife rehabilitation.

The working hours during your volunteer program depend on the institution. There are part-time projects offered during the time of your language course as well as full-time projects after completing the language course.

The institutions mainly depend on donations themselves to be able to exist and to operate. In turn the decision, whether to pay remuneration or not, is completely up to the institution.

In combination with the volunteer work in Brazil we offer preparatory language courses in Salvador da Bahia. A two-week Portuguese course is required for the participation in our programs. Part-time volunteering is available during you language course. Participants with intermediate Portuguese skills do not necessarily have to take language classes in advance. Check out our website for more information.
