About Sant'Anna Institute-Sorrento Lingue

SantAnna Institute-Sorrento Lingue (SASL) was founded in 1998 as Sorrento Lingue. The Founder and Director, Dr. Cristiana Panicco, native of Torino, fell in love with the town of Sorrento and started the organization as a language school. A few years after the school was founded, SASL started hosting Faculty Led programs with US universities. SASL works closely with SUNY Alfred State College, its regionally accredited US partner, to offer students a wild range of academic courses. Due to SASLs diverse departments, it is an international community of constant cultural exchange between faculty, staff and students.

SantAnna Institute is located in an impressive historic structure perched on the cliffs of the Amalfi coast, overlooking the fishing village of Marina Grande and is a short walk from the city center. In the spring of 2013, the school will become a full-fledged campus with dormitories for up to 50 students.
