An internship program offers candidates in a range of disciplines, an opportunity to gain professional experience in their area whilst on attachment to a host company. The positions are non-paid and available in all major cities in Australia. The internship program provides an individual, an opportunity to work and gain experience in all kinds of organisations.

Solved Interns offer unpaid Internship of between 6 weeks to 6 months. This period of Internship can be extended by mutual agreement between the candidate and the organisation. Our Internships are structured and hence it is critical that an individual seeking Internship must clearly identify what it is they are seeking through an Internship.

The programs are of duration of between 6 weeks to 6 months. In some cases shorter duration of internship can be arranged. By their very nature, Internships are meant to:

* Identify key areas in which a candidate is expected to receive further on the job training.
* Identify organisations that can provide such training.
* Work with such organisations to organize an internship for a candidate.

The types of Internships we have are those which include both office based and in the field based roles, a combination of both types combined with work from home type Internships.

Qualifications

To be eligible for an internship you must currently be studying or have completed studies in the relevant course. Also any previous work experience in a similar role is advantageous.

* Finding an internship to meet an individual's specific qualifications and predetermined requirements.
* Internship contract defining the placement terms and conditions.
* Information providing suggestions on relevant visa types
* Preparation and orientation information prior to departure from country of origin
* Support services for the duration of the internship e.g. resolution of problems or queries and advise on any specific issues.
* Regular intern newsletter. You will be asked to contribute to this newsletter on a voluntary basis.
* Periodical intern functions.
* Performance assessment by the Host Organisation upon successful completion of the internship.
* Written reference on completion of internship specifying nature of duties.
* Provision of relevant documented information on internship with a view to gaining credits on University courses.

* A meet and greet pickup at the airport on arrival.
* Accommodation search assistance and/or first week's booking prior to intern's arrival (cost of accommodation payable by Intern).
* Assistance with setting up local Bank accounts, mobile sim cards, international phone cards, internal travel and surfing/skiing packages during your stay in Australia (cost of such expenses payable by Intern).
