Programme Aims:
The main emphasis of the course is to give students an advantage to pursue their academic progress in business education as well the best possible preparation for a successful career in tourism and hospitality management.

At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Develop a good foundation of travel and tourism skills and knowledge in order to progress to higher skills acquisition in the travel and tourism industry
- Analyze strategic issues related to the travel and tourism industry with an added advantage of business education
- Gain an overview of the marketing and management principles and practices in the context of the tourism industry

Teaching & Assessment Methods
A range of teaching and learning strategies are employed to suit the various types of learner. Typically lectures are supported by smaller group tutorials and seminars, case workshops, project and group based activities, and practical demonstrations, which can be led by staff or students. Students are also given independent learning activities. Where appropriate, student learning is supported by materials, tasks and activities provided via a virtual learning environment. A range of assessment methods are used throughout the Double Diploma programme to assess specific learning objectives. Students at each level have to complete a variety of context-specific coursework through a combination of examinations, practical demonstrations and industrial attachments.

- Shelton certificate program or
- Min 12 years of formal education (high school) and
- Min English language requirement of TOEFL 500 or IELTS 5.5 or score 70% in Shelton's English Language Placement Test or
