The Junior Secondary Certificate Programme is an intensive, 3-phase, full-time course that is intended for students age 12 years, who have completed primary school in an overseas country and who aim to further their education in Singapore. A minimum of 6 terms(18 months) has to be met by students.

The main aim of the course is to give students a thorough preparation for entry into a standard Edexcel GCE 'O' Level programme.

Rationale:
