Beginning in Fall 2012, Shih Hsin University is offering a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Persuasive Communication. The International Master's Program of Persuasive Communication (IMPPC) provides an innovative blend of communication and persuasion theory and practice for individuals interested in careers and career advancement in a wide variety of profit and nonprofit organizations. The program's emphasis on both strategic and persuasive communication skills prepares students to become socially responsible and professionally effective leaders and communicators in an increasingly complex and diverse world.

Taught entirely in English, IMPPC aims to equip students with the theoretical and professional competence to facilitate the attainment of persuasive communication goals, thus enhancing effectiveness in communication in interpersonal, organizational, social and cross-cultural contexts. Faculty members involved in this program are internationally recognized for their excellence as teachers, scholars, and program administrators. This program serves to qualify its graduates for a variety of career options, such as public relations, advertising, human resources, marketing, and politics.
