Kenya! A land full of natural beauty, rich with culture and tradition. Fascinated by freedom and adventure, the German industrialist Rudolf Schulte, Sr. (above at left), purchased a palm grove bordering the Indian Ocean in the early 1970s - the foundation stone for Severin_touristik was laid. What Rudolf Schulte (above in the picture) once initiated, his son Severin Schulte (in the right picture) has carried on. The goal, however, has remaind the same: to present you, our guests, with one-of-a-kind travel experiences throughout the world, both on and off the beaten path.

Our hotel is designed in a traditional African architectural style. The comfortable rooms offer European amenities within a local atmosphere. The hotel comprises 190 rooms, separated into two different categories: The Karibu Class with its traditional Arabian style and the Comfort Class with originally carved Lamu furniture.
