Communication is one of the most important ways to get through this running world and it is also believed that language is the beginning of "Peace". English is an international spoken language which is now a language of business, and it is very necessary for Thai students to study.

Students spend most of their times in a classroom. Thai students never want to ask or share ideas in class because they are not confident to do that, what they always do is sit quietly and listen to their teacher. This situation always happens especially in rural schools, which lack opportunity for learning how to communicate to others, learn to express their ideas, and get to know different people's culture and have new friends.

Library on the other hand will improve their educational environment of reading books for them to learn essential knowledge, wisdom and skills needed for living. Reading books is crucial especially for youth who are in the process of growth but children and youth who don't have the resources can't read books. Forming the habit of reading books is necessary to improve the quality of life and the society. Unless library which is the foundation of culture and knowledge is expanded, we will have difficulties in raising the quality of individual and society, therefore movement of reading books should be spread continuously.
