For all English mother tongue students, who are absolute beginners, the school Parola provides a dedicated Italian language course in which English is used to help easily understand the basic rules of Italian grammar. The school Parola provides the initial week of an Italian first level course with English grammar explanations and handouts in English to help students. The following weeks, all students who have signed up for this dedicated course will proceed with the regular lessons of the first level course of Italian, which will be at its second week. At that point, English mother tongue students will have a good basic Italian grammar support to understand and speak Italian much more easily.

Highlights

English mother tongue students who may need to be linguistically supported:

* Adults learners or students over 50s who may find it helpful to start with English, in order to get more confidence and less "language anxious"
* Absolute beginners who have great difficulties in approaching Italian language
* Very young students - at the beginning of their Italian language learning - who need language support with their mother tongue to feel more familiar with the Italian idiom
* All English speaking students who may find it easier to begin with an English language support

The Italian Language Program in the First Week of the Course
- In the first week, students are supposed to cover 2 chapters of the first Italian language level of our grammar book - defined and undefined article, regular and irregular verbs of the present tense, and modal verbs. Then, the students attending this dedicated course are going to join the group of students in the first level.

Three participants to Activate the Italian Course in English

- Note that this type of Italian language course can only be activated with at least 3 English mother tongue participants.

In case there is not the right enrollment number but only one participant the price of the Italian course with English language will be 250 euros for the first week. Then the student will be charged according to the type of Italian language course that he or she decides to study.

Parola is an Italian language school in Florence that holds its Italian language courses in the art center of Florence. The Italian school Parola of Florence offers group Italian courses, individual Italian lessons and combined Italian classes. Our school prepares students for the CILS certificate with a dedicated course and provides Italian language lessons for Au Pairs in Florence. Italian courses and dedicated classes are open to students of all ages.
