Antonio and Luisa are two sociable and extroverted guys that have chosen to open their house, their passions and their tastes, for those who want to spend some time in their "oasis of tranquillity", on a holiday or business trip.

They have travelled all over the world on business and on pleasure, and they have always tried to pick up the secrets and the spirit of the different cultures and people they have come across. With "Scilla e Cariddi" they have decided to offer their experience and devote themselves to a particular and complete touristic activity. This might enable them to establish a kind of "friendship" with their guests, who might rely on Antonio and Luisa's kindness and availability.

Antonio is a simple and extremely sociable guy, with the aim to carry on his father's plan, an Italian Diplomat who has lived and worked in Egypt, with a great passion for the tourism industry.

Luisa is of venetian origin, with a sunny and open temperament, really fond of cooking. Her greatest dream has always been to run a touristic activity, strictly in touch with people from all over the world.

Mamy Rita, Antonio's mother, teacher of english, really devoted to her english origins, supports Antonio and Luisa with her precious experience.

Location

Scilla e Cariddi is located a couple of kms away from Cariddi, the northest Cape of Sicily, also called "Capo Peloro", merged into the green of Peloritani Mountains, 150 mt above the sea level, in a unique geographic position.

It looks out over the Straits of Messina, from where you may admire up to 150 km of Calabria seashore, as well as the Phenomenon of "Fata Morgana", reflecting the City of Reggio Calabria on the blue waters of the Straits, and enabling you to enjoy magic and romantic nights.

by plane: Reggio Calabria airport (20 min. crossing directly from the airport); Catania airport (1 hour bus trip directly from the airport)

by car: Private Ferries (Tourist Ferry Boat) from Villa S. Giovanni every 20 min., 2 km away from landing or Railway Ferries from Villa S. Giovanni (every 45 min.); Highway Palermo-Messina or Catania-Messina exit Messina Boccetta.

by train: from all over Italy, station Messina Centrale
