Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is the largest higher education institution with the most diverse student body in Utah. The College serves more than 60,000 students in credit and non-credit courses at 13 locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley, including online class options. Even with its large student body, students dont get lost in the shuffle because SLCCs student to faculty ratio is just 20 to 1. Since 1948, SLCC has focused on providing individual attention and personal care to each student.

Competitive tuition, financial aid, scholarships, academic and career advising, and programs focused on student success to give people ready access to the College.

SLCC is accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). NWCCU is an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. This accreditation allows for most credits to be easily transferred from SLCC to 4-year colleges and universities.
