The trainer is required to upgrade the level of services practiced by service personnel already working in the resort. It is practical based training and not certified.

Qualifications

* Degree on Hospitality or equivalent in a relevant field, Diploma in Services and 2 years experience in a five star hotel and training or alternatively

* Diploma in Service Area, 5 years experience in Management or Supervision in a five star and two years in training experience.
