Our goal is to create unique cross-cultural programs locally and internationally that support people to connect to other cultures through art, education music, dance, health & nutrition, humanitarian and unique events.
Our international programs include: drum, dance, & ceremony workshops in West Africa. Participants spend two weeks immersed in a traditional African village in Burkina Faso learning music, dance, language, cooking, and attending births weddings and funeral ceremonies. The program is lead by myself an art therapist, and a 40th generation Master Drummer and dancer from the village we are going to in Burkina. Another program we run is to Dharamsala north India, at the foot of the Himalayas and home to the Dalai Lama in exile. This program combines a full Ayurvedic detox called Panchakarama which treats imbalances of weight, allergies, thyroid, metabolism, liver, colon, as well as some emotional and spiritual issues.
Our program includes 24 hour access to Ayurvedic doctors and full body and nutritional consultation, herbal support, enemas, daily massage, steam bath, special diet according to your body's imbalance. This program also includes classes in Ayurvedic cooking for your body type, and introduction to Ayurvedic medicine. It also includes excursions to temples and sacred sites such as Dalai Lama's temple and kirtan chanting/yoga. We also have a cross cultural school program in Kenya that brings American Students to a Maasai school to do projects with children as well as many others.
