Description

Stay at a beautiful, almost 60 years old ship, anchored at Soder Malarstrand in the middle of Stockholm City. A walk in minutes is enough to reach the city centre, Old Town, Långholmen and Sodermalm. You can also ride the bus or subway, the train station is within walking distance. Next to the ship's entrance is a municipal car park.

Hotel
In the small, cosy hotel cabins there is space for two people, but an extra bed can be added if needed. Here you can fall asleep to the quiet sound of Riddarfjärdens rippling waves outside your window. Breakfast is not included in the cabin price.

Hostel
The hostelcabins can accomodate either 2 or 12 people and even here and extra bed can be added to the double rooms if needed. Sheets are included in the price, and rent a towel for only 20 SEK. All the facilities are located just down the hall from your room.

Location

Rygerfjord Hotel Hostel is walking distance to almost everything. Easily reached by car, T-bana (underground) or train.

From Central Station/ City Terminal you can either take a taxi (5 min) or T-Bana to station Gamla Stan (exit Riddarholmen) or station Mariatorget (exit Torkel Knutsson Gatan). A Taxi would cost SEK 100-150, depending on the taxi-company you choose. We recommend Taxi Stockholm, Kurir or Transfer. T-Bana a single ticket is SEK 40 but you can buy a discount multiple ticket.

From Arlanda Airport take the Airport Bus to City Terminal (SEK 90). A taxi from Arlanda to Rygerfjord is SEK 350-385 (ask for fixed price). From Skavsta Airport take the Airport Bus to City Terminal (SEK 120).

Public transport
Local trains and Buses to the Stockholm Fair (Stockholms Massan) and the suburbs are easily accessible within walking distance. At Slussen (5 min) you will find more local trains and buses.

- From E4 / E20 Northbound
- Exit motorway at Sodermalm.
- Cross first bridge (Liljeholms bron).
- Before next bridge (Vasterbron), turn right at Slussen/ Nacka/ Sodermalarstrand.
- Follow Sodermalarstrand to the right approx 800 m.
- From E4 / E20
- Southbound
- Follow signs E4S.
- Exit Centurm.
- On the bridge (you see the Old Town on your left) keep right lane.
- Exit Nacka/ Sodermalarstrand.
- Follow Sodermalarstrand to the left approx. 500 m.
