They will be much better paid in their own countries working as Registered Nurses in some hospitals that provide medical services to foreigners or get well paid and respected jobs in some other countries, like Saudi Arabia or many Western countries, including Canada.

Why RN Licensure Preparation Training for Foreign-Trained Nurses?
Many Registered Nurses who received their nursing education outside Canada will benefit from this program. Some would like to work as nurses and be much better paid in their own countries, working in some hospitals that provide medical services to foreigners. Others would like to get well paid and respected jobs in some other countries, like Saudi Arabia or Western countries, including Canada. For this purpose they have to take the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE) through the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA and CRNBC). Some registered nurses who received their degrees in countries other than Canada are landed immigrants or Canadian residents but they have never taken CRNE and are not able to work as Registered Nurses in Canada. Their goal is to be better prepared and to pass CRNE successfully.
