Description

The apartments are located immediately behind the Swiss Inn and can be accessed by sealed road. Apartments are purchased directly from the land owner/developer First Roxon Development Corporation. Each apartment has been individually designed and vary from 36 square meters to 60 square meters, and all come with a balcony.

You can choose from a studio Apartment, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartment.

From the rooftop there are views of the ocean. It also has an area for entertaining, kitchen and convenience room with vanity, toilet and shower. An adjoining room can be used as staff quarters and a tool shed. There is also 8000 litres of water stored on the roof. A Fisher and Paykal washing machine and drying area is also available.

The site has a back up generator which will run the whole building and in case of breakdown there is a second smaller generator which will run a power point in each apartment.

After a swim at the famous White Beach, there is an outdoor shower which can be used to wash off the sand before entering your apartment. Thirty seconds away is a store where all your groceries can be purchased.

The apartments have been built to western standards under the supervision of an Australian registered builder.

Location

BY PLANE: The nearest domestic airport to the island of Boracay is Caticlan or Godofredo P. Ramos Airport. The runway is very short and only propeller planes can land there. Flights to and from this Caticlan are bounded by sunrise and sunset limitations. From the Caticlan airport, you can either take a tricycle or walk (10 minutes) to Caticlan Jetty Port.

The second airport near Boracay is the Kalibo International Airport. With longer runway and night landing facilities, Kalibo Airport is served by bigger planes with early morning and late evening flights. The airport is at least 90 minutes away by land to Caticlan Jetty Port.

There are minivans, vans, coasters and buses that serve travelers between Kalibo International Aiport and Caticlan Jetty Port.
