    The REAL Hostel Work Exchange Program is a unique opportunity for backpackers to be immersed in a South American culture. The program allows participants to truly experience several aspects of life abroad including: working and living with the locals, gaining international experience, and practicing your conversational Spanish skills!

    REAL Experiences America Latina connects these hostels with qualified backpackers. REAL Backpackers work in exchange for accommodation.

    Hostel work is like an international internship where you can learn and focus your skills in the area of your interests

    Our service includes:
    * Arrangement of the REAL Hostel Work Exchange Program.
    * Pre-arrival information about your selected Latin America country and the Hostel Work Exchange Position.
    * Information on cheap travel itineraries and cool destinations while backpacking Latin America.
    * Support during travel preparations.
    * Information on cheap travel to your REAL Hostel Work Exchange location. (Travel is the participant's expense)
    * Support during the entire stay

  • Qualifications

    * Experience with independent traveling
    * Fluent English speaker
    * Intermediate to advance Spanish
    * Experience with customer service
    * University Graduate or currently studying
    * Motivated to have a Real Experience in America Latina!!!

    ** Depending on REAL hostel Work Exchange position there may be additional requirements.
