    This is an epic 35-day adventure that will leave you with a huge sense of achievement and some fantastic memories!

    Following the physical test of a 12-night trek to Everest Base Camp you will spend 9 nights living and working within a Nepali community where you will gain a real sense of their culture and lifestyle, and lend a much needed hand to the villagers. Your participation in this expedition will facilitate the development of the community projects, as well as providing you with endless rewards.

    The Everest Expedition Program:

    The 12-night trek to Everest Base Camp may just be one of the hardest challenges of your life, but this expedition doesn't end there! The program is centered on giving you a true feeling of the real Nepal.

    To enhance your experience, you will then spend nine nights assisting at an orphanage in Kathmandu or Chitwan, or helping with other community work either schools, on farms or national parks.

    There will also be a two-day rafting trip combined with a two-night jungle safari. All in all you will have a wide variety of experiences to make your time in Nepal extremely memorable.

    * Expedition Age Limit: Minimum age 18, maximum age decided upon potential participant's health.

    * Participant Requirements: This program requires you to be active, so participants need to ensure they feel fit and able to join a program of this nature. It is advisable to consult your doctor to ensure you are fit to undertake the trek to Everest base camp.

    * All arrival and departure transfers.
    * All accommodation in Kathmandu on twin sharing basis with breakfast.
    * All accommodation in Chitwan on twin sharing basis on a full board basis and with jungle activities.
    * Two days rafting on Trisuli River including overnight camping on full board basis including all rafting equipment and permits.
    * Private transfer from Kathmandu to rafting start point, Chitwan and Kathmandu.
    * Return flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
    * Services of Sherpa Guides and porters.
    * All accommodation and meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) during trek.
