  • Description

One of the main features of the Kenya Gap Experience is the role you play in assisting with local community projects; it's likely that you'll find this the most rewarding part of the program. The core focus is on education initiatives, which benefit the local school and constantly expanding classes, as well as various building projects.

A unique aspect of the Kenya Gap Experience is a 4-5 day wildlife project in an elephant sanctuary to complement the community projects. The focus is to develop wildlife initiatives, which benefit the local communities and provide support for the preservation of the endangered elephant. In addition, this is effectively a very interactive 4-5-day safari.
