Spirit of Queenstown Internship programme (September 2008)

I took part in the Spirit of Queenstown Internship programme which is not an actual course at the college but a one-week-orientation followed by an internship in hospitality or tourism. I am doing tourism back in the UK and have currently a year of placement to do so I thought I will use this opportunity to go to New Zealand and applied through the Resort College. Even though the placement that I was supposed to do didn't work out, the college was extremly helpful and friendly. I can still use the facilities of the college and get help any time I need it. I can definately recommend it if you are looking for an internship abroad and are not too sure where to start.
