Due to successful expansion, my client is now looking to recruit a Casino Product Manager to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor product game and player performance
* Responsible for the stability, features, functions and games of the RTG manager
* Provide casino expertise with House Edge requirements (back office, client), game research and development, and provide training (internal / external)
* Ensure customer service excellence through quality assurance
* Develop and implement Loyalty program
* Provide professional, attentive and accurate information and support services to customers
* Respond to customers by identifying needs, offering value added service, opportunity spotting for potential sales, and by taking accountability for the resolution of customer concerns and issues with their accounts
* Responsible for processing customer transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, funds transfers, with other e-commerce instruments.
