    British travel agent (ABTA) is looking for outstanding sales agents for a call centre in Athens (Agios Dimitrios) or call centre/home working from Corfu, Crete or Rhodes.     Requirements: English language native speaker, excellent communicator & PC skills. Sales and/or travel experience is essential.

  • Highlights

    * Responsible for delivering customer service excellence so as to convert enquiries into bookings.

    * Calculating the costing and offer the best price to the customer.

    * Understanding customers' needs, sourcing and matching the appropriate product.

    * Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and support to achieve departmental targets

    * Assisting service levels and lost call percentage by showing good timekeeping and attendance at all times, maintaining targeted log on and availability standards.

    * Handling all enquiries efficiently, quickly & cost-effectively

    * Maximize the level of service and revenue opportunities for the department

    * Working within agreed policies and procedures Cooperation with other departments as required maintaining service levels and operational standards.

    * 2 years experience in travel and/or in a sales position would be preferable but not necessary as full training will be given.

  • Qualifications

    - Excellent use of internet, MS Outlook, Word & Excel
    - Multi-tasking. (Speaking on the phone, use of company's systems & Internet, receive 2nd call, communicate with colleagues)
    - Fluent in the English language (UK)
    - Selling directly over the phone.
    - Receiving incoming calls & converting them into bookings.
    - Booking holidays online for UK customers only.
    - Confirming the bookings & loading them into the system.
    - Learn how to use the online system efficiently and fast in order to search for flights & hotels at the time of the call.
    - Being flexible on various working hours & shifts.
