    A busy British Travel Agency requires experienced & enthusiastic Customer Service Agents for its call centre in Agios Dimitrios. All candidates must speak fluent English.     This job involves working within a team, in a Call center in Agios Dimitrios (Athens Greece), to deliver outstanding service and after sales to customers and administrative support for sales agents. The role is suited to individuals motivated by working in a high pressured and fast paced environment.

  • Highlights

    Daily duties for this role include but are not limited to:

    * Answering up to 40+ calls/e-mail queries per day from customers
    * Following up on queries by liasing with suppliers and ground handlers in resort
    * Taking payment from customers
    * Arranging amendments and cancellations
    * Handling complaints from customers
    * Dealing with emergency calls from in resort
    * Assist sales agent in amending incorrect bookings
    * Selling products as such as travel insurance, other extra's and add-ons
    * Checking invoices against bookings

    * has a pleasant, friendly phone manner

    Essential requirements:

    The candidate must have fluent/excellent standard of English, preferably a native speaker or alternatively the candidate has worked in an English speaking environment previously. Working within the travel industry or in a Customer Service role (preferably on the phone) is essential.
