Puerta Azul Apartments are nicely furnished, clean, self contained, one-bedroom units that can accommodate two persons per unit. Each holiday apartment has a bathroom toilet and shower facility. The bedroom contains two single-type beds, while in the other holiday apartment the bedroom contains one double size bed. Both holiday apartments have a kitchenette for light cooking and a sitting area for your comfort and convenience. The other amenities include television, telephone, a separate balcony that stems from the bedroom overlooking the tropical flora and a balcony at the front entrance area once again overlooking the tropical flora for your relaxation pleasure.

Location

Puerta Azul boasts a great location. Situated at the southern most part of Barbados in the Parish of Christchurch. We are in a residential area on a road called Joe Louis Blvd. (named after the famous heavyweight champion boxer). The road itself runs normal to Enterprise Coastal Road, which is a main bus and taxi route. We are a ten minute walk away from the beautiful, powdery, white sands of Miami Beach, and just a four minute walk away from the tranquil and secluded Cotton Beach.

Getting to Barbados by Plane
The Sir Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is located in Christ Church, Barbados and serves as a gateway to many Caribbean islands and places further away in North America and Europe. Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) has a second hub here (after Antigua) with flights throughout the Caribbean between Barbados and the Dominican Republic. The island is served well by many airlines from Canada and the United States and especially from the United Kingdom with at least 5 or 6 airlines flying there directly from London, Manchester and Birmingham. Direct flights include those from Frankfurt and Milan as well.
