ProWorld's multi-country summer semester abroad provides a unique blend of service projects, field research, academic courses, homestay living and cultural activities. Spend time in both Peru and Mexico, lending a hand to those in need in local communities and enhancing your academic career. You will participate in community-driven, hands-on development projects, from supporting a Zapotec women's weaving cooperative to working on rural health campaigns in Peru's Sacred Valley.

You will study with local professors to better understand the history and diversity of both Cusco, Peru and Oaxaca, Mexico, then explore that diversity by visiting rural villages that maintain a centuries-old way of life. You will immerse yourself in the cultures by living with caring and carefully selected local families.

Program Fees Include:

Program fees support our host community economies in the forms of project materials purchases, local salaries, host family payments, and local purchases.

Program fees include: full room and board, domestic transportation, 24 hour safety and medical services, and funding of development projects and internships. The program fee also includes world class cultural and adventure activities.
