  • Description

Our Law internships in Vietnam are based in the bustling city of Hanoi. Since the mid-1980s Vietnam's economy has experienced rapid growth and Vietnam is taking an increasingly major role within the world's economy. Law consultancy services have therefore become extremely popular over recent years, predominantly in the field of business.

To apply for one of our Law internships in Vietnam you must have some relevant law experience. After you apply we will ask you for a copy of your resume to see if we can match you with an appropriate firm.

Projects Abroad works with a number of different law firms in Hanoi. Interns have been working in areas including mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, and corporate and commercial work. Please let us know of any preferences you may have.

Your work will be supervised by an English-speaking lawyer, who will be on hand to answer any questions you have. Your English fluency and understanding of western culture and law will be interesting and useful to Vietnamese law firms.

  • Projects Abroad's Mission Statement

As part of the global economy, Projects Abroad helps create local employment wherever we send volunteers. Employing local staff overseas and using their talents and knowledge is important to us. This local knowledge and support enables the organization to channel the skills of the volunteers from more affluent countries to regions around the world where they are needed. Volunteers also learn from their placements and the people they meet, and they gain experience in a chosen field. In the 21st century, we believe this mutual respect is what cultural exchange is all about.
