- Develops quality assurance standards and procedures, and manages QA team to those standards and procedures.
- Recruits, motivates, trains and coaches employees to meet/exceed performance standards.
- Conducts performance evaluations and establishes expectations, providing timely feedback to employees.
- Ensures that staff have resources and support to be successful.
- Monitors issues identified during testing, and mitigates/escalates issues with cross company teams/management as required.
- Produces management reporting to measure performance against goals and standards, project/resource planning, and other analysis as needed.
- Proactively researches, recommends and implements strategies for process improvements to enhance processes and capabilities and outcomes.
- Researches best practice and other industry benchmarks to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.

Hospital Quality Assurance Director
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Large existing medical center.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Director is responsible for leading the assigned team, contractors, and resources to ensure the highest degree of quality health care. The director will lead development of strategies for quality improvement initiatives. The Director will develop a comprehensive quality improvement, risk management and case/care/disease/utilization management at all employment levels and in all settings.

Job Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree MINIMUM Master's degree preferred.
- Previous (5 years) clinical or health education experience required.
- Previous (3 years) quality improvement experience required.
- Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
- Previous supervisory or project lead experience required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Well versed in The Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
