Wir sind eine privat geführte junge Hotelgruppe und betreiben im Zentrum von Prag zwei 4**** Hotels sowie ein Hostel.
Desweiteren zählt ein Hostel/Hotel mitten in der Kunst- und Kulturszene Berlins zu unserem Unternehmen.

Für unseren Standort Prag suchen wir begeisterungsfähige und motivierte Praktikanten (m/w) für den Bereich Rezeption/ Qualitäts Management

Ihr Profil:
Sie absolvieren derzeit ein Studium oder eine Fortbildung im Bereich Tourismus, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder Warenwirtschaft.
Sie möchten Ihre Erfahrungen in der Praxis und gerne in Prag vertiefen.

Sie haben:
* Lust auf selbstständiges Arbeiten
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Solide Englischkenntnisse, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen
* gepflegtes Äußeres und gute Umgangsformen
* ein offenes und zuvorkommendes Wesen, auch bei erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen
* interkulturelle Kompetenzen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
* Team- und Integrationsfähigkeit und gute Umgangsformen
* Spaß an neuen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Aufgaben:
Zu ihren Tätigkeiten im Bereich Rezeption/ Qualität Management gehören:

Rezeption:
* Arbeiten mit der ASSD Reservierungssoftware
* Reservierungsannahme und bearbeitung
* Check in/ Check out, Rechnungslegung
* Gästekorrespondenz jeglicher Art/ Gästebetreuung vor Ort
* Kontrolle Zimmer, Minibar und Service/ Frühstück

Qualitätsmanagement:
* Umsetzung der firmeninternen Qualitätsrichtlinien
* Zimmercheck / Service

Hospitality internship Reception / Quality Management for in Prague

We have two 4**** hotels and one hostel in Pragues city center, run by a young, privately-owned hotel group.
In addition to our Prague location, we also run a hotel/hostel in the middle of the hip and bohemian district Berlin-Friedrichshain.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns (m / f) for the Reception / Quality Management department at our Prague location.

Your Profile:
You are currently studying or further training tourism, business administration, logistic or commodities management.
You are looking to gain work experience in hospitality and you would like to do this at Prague

You have got:

* a mind of working independently
* extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* solid English skills (and preferably other foreign languages)
* a well-groomed appearance and good manners
* a friendly and helpful nature, even under stress
* intercultural experience and strong communication skills
* the ability to integrate and work well in a Team
* interest in new tasks and challenges

Field of Activity Reception:
* Working with the reservation software ASSD
* Taking and edit reservations
* Check in/Check out, Billing
* All types of guest correspondence/Care of guests in-house

Field of Activity Quality Management:
* Support of the company internal quality policy
* Room check, minibar and Service / Breakfast
