We are a new boutique, family run hotel situated on the north east coast of Jamaica in Long Bay, Portland.

The resort consists of four individual buildings nestled in the hillside with panoramic sea views. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and go to sleep with the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore at nearby Long Bay Beach. Our secluded location is a great place to get away from it all.

We aim to provide the best quality service in a friendly relaxed atmosphere whilst enabling you to experience the real Jamaica. Retreat from everyday life or explore the rural charm of Portland - waterfalls, beaches, rafting, horse riding and even wind surfing are all activities that can be persued in Portland.

Our staff can organise a driver / taxi to take you anywhere you wish to go. Either way your stay at Pimento Lodge will undoubtedly leave you feeling totally relaxed but also re-energised.

We have a swimming pool and we are only a 10mins stroll from Long Bay Beach - 1 mile of white sand, completely unspoilt and accessible to all. Come and Enjoy!

Location

Pimento Lodge Resort is situated in Long Bay Portland, 30 minutes drive from Port Antonio. Recent Port Antonio has benefited from the development of a new Marina.

Getting to Jamaica

By Plane
There are two international airports in Jamaica, the Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) in Kingston and the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. Air Jamaica is based in Kingston and serves many destinations in the Caribbean and North America, among which Grenada, Havana and Miami. MBJ is the busier of the two with many more connections from cities further away. Destinations include Amsterdam, Toronto, Frankfurt, London and Vienna. Many air charters fly in here for holidays on the northern coast of Jamaica.

Currently there are no regular public ferry services for travellers. Only yachts and cruise ships are available, or cargo ships for the more adventurous.
