The community ecotourism project aims to provide the local community with alternative sources of income whilst conserving the local rainforest. Volunteers are needed to teach English to local guides and other service providers, as well as children at the local school.
Rafting, trekking, horseback riding, birdwatching and eco-tours.
Fluent English and at least basic Spanish are necessary.
High School
8 per day
Food and accommodation with a local family. Part of the cost is designated for the community fund.
This is a volunteer position. You will need to pay USD 8 per day to cover costs for food and accommodation.
