    We now have a new offer that will allow visitors to experience the best of both worlds in only two weeks. With a two-week break on your hands, you can come to Peru and spend the first week volunteering and the second week visiting key attractions, and exploring the rich culture and many landscapes of Peru, from dense Amazon jungle to the mountains in the Andes.

    Elements of community development form part of PFY's expeditions allowing you to make meaningful contributions while living in beautiful locations and helping inspirational communities.

    You can apply as far in advance as a year, you do not need any specific qualifications in order to enroll any program or travel, a simple basic experience could be enough. The application process is fast and simple.

    There is no such thing as a "typical day", as you will be involved in an active social life out here, meeting other volunteers and going out with your family. Weekends are often taken up going on local outings, should you wish.
