Description

Paris Summer Study is a French language and culture immersion program offered during the summer months of June, July and August. Classes are 12 to 25 hours per week and are conducted by the prestigious Universite de Paris, The Sorbonne. You need not have a background in the French language to apply. Placement exams will be administered to determine your level of French proficiency. Classes for every level of French fluency are available, ranging from beginner to near fluency. Class sizes are on average 15 to 20 students.

* Acceptance to the Paris Summer Study program requires a minimum GPA of 2.5. * You must be at least 18 years old to participate. * Once accepted to the program, students are required to send or fax proof of health insurance, an emergency contact, a copy of passport and travel documents and a signed liability waiver form. * Additionally, students are reminded that they will be living in France and therefore subject to local laws. Students are required to behave in a prudent and lawful manner. Paris Summer Study reserves the right to send home anyone who is behaving in an unlawful manner or otherwise jeopardizing their own or other's health and safety.
