Highlights
Feeling a bit bohemian? Pristine crystal, crisp pilsners, and untouched rolling hills abound in the Czech Republic. A “Velvet Revolution” in the late 1980s put the former Czechoslovakia on the path to democracy. Czech Republic has not adopted the euro but utilizes the Czech Crown (koruna), letting students be in Europe without euro prices.
Panrimo partners with Anglo-American University in Prague, founded in 1990 as the first private institution of higher learning in the nation based on the American and British models of pedagogy. The university is easily reached by tram, metro and foot from anywhere within the city proper. Anglo-American University is accredited through the Czech Ministry of Education and the European Council for Business Education. It requires a minimum GPA of 2.5.
