The essentials, and then some. Panrimo gives you a base package that includes all the below, and then lets you customize your intern abroad program as you see fit.

1. In-depth interview with US Panrimo staff, and questionnaire, to determine your reasons to intern abroad and goals
2. Acceptance to relevant internship
3. Panrimo's Beijing coordinator will be in Beijing to show you around and be there to answer any of your questions
4. Panrimo orientation booklet before departure full of vital information
5. Personal on-site orientation with your Panrimo overseas coordinator
