    - Reports to: Board of Trustees.
    - Supervises: Students, Faculty, and Staff.
    - Teaches 2-3 courses.
    - Oversees smooth running of daily operations.

    You will be a part of an emerging project that knows no bounds, working with a range of community-minded people in a beautiful location, in the Mayan highlands on the shores of volcano-ringed Lake Atitlan. The Board of Trustees, which guides this project, consists of wide-ranging members of the Lake Atitlan community who share an ambitious vision for what can be accomplished when people work together.

  • Qualifications

    We're looking for an individual who is a dedicated, flexible, resourceful, and creative problem-solver, someone who is skilled at forging allies and building community, and can connect with students, staff, and parents alike.

    * Bachelor of Arts
    * Teaching Credential or 5 Years Experience
    * Management Experience

    Salary will be competitive for the area and commensurate with experience. 750 USD/month. Housing possible.
