Support responsible tourism, help the environment, save marine wildlife, sea turtles and coral reefs in Thai Marine National Parks.
Many marine animal species, fish and sea turtles are in serious trouble. Destruction of habitat, poaching and illegal trading have dramatically reduced the populations. Volunteers wanted.
All parks need their staff to improve their English as well as the available English information. Parks need more resources to preserve and protect wildlife and nature! National parks can benefit from eco-tourism to fund efforts to preserve their unique environments and volunteers help. A unique chance to exciting nature and culture experiences, go where the normal tourist never gets!
Volunteers contribute to these preservation efforts through a variety of activities including:
* English language training for park staff at visitors' centers and park rangers
* English language training for local villagers
* Creating or improving park literature in English
* Conservation projects, and park maintenance
* Surveying and protecting existing fauna and flora in the parks
* Helping to improve local databases about wildlife and trees/plants.
