Open Mind Projects is a learning and development as well as volunteer organization - helping poor people to better learning and living conditions with the help of volunteers and modern information and communications technology.
Open Mind Projects regularly have interns from North America and Europe who come to schools, orphan homes, national parks and other institutions and projects, in Thailand, Nepal and Laos.
Interns teach English or computer skills, help to develop sustainable eco tourism and support environmental protection.
Interns work with IT development, website and database for projects.
Interns help at hospitals and health clinics.

Local supervisor and a 3 day Orientation at the start followed by some individual preparation days.

Especially qualified interns may receive a scholarship from the Open Mind Projects in Thailand to help cover the fee.
