F&B Manager




3-5 years relevant hospitality and/or F&B management experience
1-2 years experience in Laos or SEA within a similar capacity
Degree from recognized Hospitality Program
Experience working in the tourism industry
A strong commitment to customer service
A strong commitment to staff development and training
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of various computer & POS softwares
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Thorough understanding of health and safety standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands on management style and a team player
Experience with planning and managing events
Up to date with food trends and best practices
