    Study abroad in Namibia with North Carolina State University.

    Study abroad in Namibia and explore the spectacular landscapes and ecology of the oldest desert in the world, the Namib; spend one day at the coast on adventure tourism activities; track desert elephants in Damaraland; study the magnificent diversity of wildlife in the world famous Etosha National Park; and learn more about predator conservation, human-wildlife conflict, park management, savanna ecology and game ranching. Engage in a variety of ecological sampling techniques, including radio tracking.

      Students must have completed at least two course at level 2 in Wildlife Sciences, Ecology, Zoology, Conservation Biology, Natural Resources, Rangeland Management, Forestry, Botany, Biology, Environmental Science, Tourism or related field. A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
