Nikitas Language Abroads School, is dedicated to the international university experience, arranging language courses, student housing, work-training, and internship programs for students in foreign countries since 2002. We're looking to hire interns, with the ability to reach and assist students in attaining their professional growth while having a fulfilling college experience.

Looking for an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the USA? We are looking for a smart creative intern who loves to leave a positive and unique mark on the work they do.

You will be trained on the daily tasks of your role. We are adamant about our interns learning as well as enjoying the experience. We encourage interns to stay on board for at least 6 weeks. Our trainings are scheduled for 1 to 2 trainings per week depending on the interns needs and knowledge base.

We offer several different kinds of Internships: translations, office management, tourism, hospitality, web marketing, social media networking and a lot of everything else but not limited to online marketing, analytics,and content management.

Responsibilities: Assists with daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient work-flow, hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including documentation, other duties as required. You must have a positive attitude, desire to learn, and willingness to be flexible. Must be proactive, show initiative and resolve. This is a fun, relaxed place to work with lots of creative energy and a diverse mix of opportunities.

General reception duties: Receiving and making call, scanning and faxing, organizing, mailing, research: investigating and comparing vendors for a multitude of projects.

Qualifications

What we need:
- availability to work 20 hours per week for 6 weeks to 12 months (Monday through Saturday)
- current student or recent graduate
- proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype and Word. Knowledge of Frontpage, Photoshop, or QuickBooks is a plus
- Adeptness in online research
- Great writing skills, an outgoing personality, good judgment, confidence and a strong passion for social media.
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Keen attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
- Ability to organize and multi-task independently
- strong sense of urgency and a passion for getting results (we move fast around here!)
- ability to think out of the box, offer fresh ideas with an appetite for problem solving and exceeding expectations
- Proficient knowledge of foreign language and Computer literacy a plus.
- Student must provide or be able to provide a resume or CV stating their education or skills, as well as, relevant experience
