Getting to grips with China's legal system?

We offer the opportunity to work for corporate and commercial law firms in China. During your placement you will work alongside lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys and legal assistants. You will be able to specialize in one of the following areas:

- Corporate Affairs and Securities
- Finance
- Real estate
- Intellectual property and IT
- International Investment and International Trade
- Company / Commercial

You will be directly involved and be given real work from day one. You will assist highly-qualified practitioners who have received Master's or Doctorate degrees from well-known domestic and/or overseas law schools, when representing the world's largest multi-nationals in a variety of transactions, as well as local clients in the international corporate investment arena.

You will have the choice to intern in firms which practice cover many commercial law related areas, such as corporate mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizing, securities law and capital market, foreign direct investment, overseas investment and reverse merger, banking and financing, intellectual property, real estate development, infrastructure projects, power projects and project financing, government procurement and project bidding,information technology and media services, entertainment law and mass communications, natural resources and mining, international trade and law compliance, maritime law, sports law,dispute resolution (commercial litigation and arbitration).
