  • Description

Nexos Voluntarios (NeVo) is a non-profit organization supported by the Inter-American Development Bank that seeks to promote Peruvian development through diverse social projects. These projects benefit from the participation of volunteers and interns who contribute skills and knowledge from their respective areas of study, a process that also helps strengthen multilateral relations between Latin America and the Northern Hemisphere.

NeVo invites you to change the lives of some of Peru's poorest people, and offers you a comprehensive service in which we arrange your stay and match your interests and skills with one of our high-impact projects. NeVo is currently carrying out projects in the areas of human rights, public health, community development, education, and the environment. We also support partner organizations in their business and development initiatives in both Lima and Cusco. NeVo's active projects include our Campaign Against Racial Discrimination, our Reproductive Health Program, our Community Development Project with Media Luna, our Teaching English Project, and our Environmental Project with the Municipality of Urubamba.
