Newtown Farm Bed and Breakfast is a charming 3 star accommodation which is family run by Teresa and Maurice O'Connor. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is located near the coastal resort of Ardmore, Co. Waterford in the wonderful Sunny South East of Ireland.

We have looked after guests for the past 25 years and pride ourselves on giving a warm Irish welcome. We attract lots of visitors each year to our guesthouse. Elsewhere on this web site you can read some of the guest reviews of our bed and breakfast accommodation.

Our guest rooms offer a haven of relaxation and are tastefully furnished with a country house feel. A full equipped sauna and a hard tennis court are extra amenities that we are delighted to offer our guests at no extra charge.

Breakfast is served in our sunny breakfast room overlooking the garden with view of Atlantic Ocean.

Our Accommodation lies in the heart of West Waterford, an area of outstanding beauty. The peace and quite of the surrounding countryside offers ample opportunities for rest and relaxation. One of its great charms lies in the diversity of it's landscape.

Location

Newtown Farm Guesthouse is centrally located between the two international airports of Cork and Waterford, and is on the main route that runs across the south of the country - the N25. You can find driving directions and a detailed location map elsewhere on this website.

The airport is located in Waterford and is situated 84 Kms (53 miles) to Carlow, 58 miles to Kilkenny, 57 Kms (35 miles) to Clonmel South Tipperary, 10 Kms (6 miles) south of Waterford City and 66 kms (43 miles) to Wexford Town, Co Wexford. Taxis and car rental are available at the airport. Aer Arann is the airport's only carrier.
