  • Highlights

This innovative and dynamic international internship/volunteering and travel program was established in December of 2005 by the leadership team of Community Enterprise Solutions. It is the mission of Social Entrepreneur Corps that participants in our exclusive programs leave 100% satisfied in their time and financial investment having gained the desired knowledge and experience in a secure, enjoyable and truly enlightening manner. Through classes, case studies, discussions, analysis, living with the local population, as well as through visits and active field work participation with local NGOs and social entrepreneurs, participants in our programs will make a profound community impact whilst gaining in-depth knowledge and skills.

    * Are you an undergrad or recent graduate looking to jumpstart a career in international development?
    * Are you looking for a life-changing experience?
    * Are you interested in working side-by-side, on a grassroots level with professional social entrepreneurs?
    * Would it inspire you to experience both the challenges and the possibilities of this rapidly-evolving field?
    * Have you thought about volunteering in development work?
    * Would you like to live with local families and experience the beauty, culture and adventure of another country?
    * Can you find time to invest one week, one month, two months or more in helping others to improve their lives?

If your answer is Yes! to any of these questions then one of our Social Entrepreneur Corps programs may be perfect for you.

  • Qualifications

Below we have provided guidelines for general applicant qualifications for our 2011-2012 programs. In addition to this information, please contact us to learn more about the suggested applicant qualifications for each program. For all program participants a history of achievement is important. As well, given the nature of the program, an applicants personal qualities play a large role in determining whether or not he/she is accepted. Participants will be living and working in challenging environments and as such the intangibles are fundamental to participant success.
